Presentación de ‘El mundo nunca es suficiente’

La distribución en formato doméstico de las películas de James Bond cambiaron de distribuidor: de Warner Home Video a 20th. Fox y en el cine de United International Pictures también a 20 th. Fox. La Fox se había hecho con el producto y su misión era explotarlo a toda costa: en cine, VHS y la Edición 007 especial en DVD. Este novedoso formato ofrecía la novedad de conseguir premios consiguiendo las películas. Fui invitado al evento, a finales del año 2000, y allí conocí al malogrado amigo Luis Saavedra. Organizaron una pequeña exposición con objetos originales de las películas y allí estaba James Bond encarnado por el presentador Fernández, Jorge Fernández (La ruleta de la suerte) acompañado, para sorpresa, de Luis y mía, de dos chicas Powers.

La Fox had taken the product and its mission was to exploit it at all costs: in movies, VHS and the special edition 007 on DVD. This novel format offered the novelty of getting prizes by getting films. I was invited to the event, at the end of the year 2000, and there I met the ill-fated friend Luis Saavedra. They organized a small exhibition with original objects of the films and there was James Bond played by the presenter Fernández, Jorge Fernández (La roulette de la suerte) accompanied, to the surprise, of Luis and mine, of two Powers girls.
