James Bond está persiguiendo a un villano con vistas a dominar al mundo un ex-miembro de la KGB llamado Nikolai Diavolo. Diavolo creció bajo la tutela de Max Zorin, el villano que cayó del puente Golden Gate en Panorama para matar (A View To A Kill, 1985), en una pelea con 007 y es por ende un enemigo natural de Bond.
Armado con su odio y un ejército de nanobots, Diavolo pretende tomar control de los sistemas de computadoras más importantes del mundo. Investigando la muerte de un agente de MI6, 007 se cruza en sus planes e intentará detenerlo.

James Bond is chasing a villain with a view to dominating the world a former member of the KGB named Nikolai Diavolo. Diavolo grew up under the tutelage of Max Zorin, the villain who fell from the Golden Gate Bridge in A View To a Kill (1985), in a fight with 007 and is therefore a natural enemy of Bond.
Armed with his hatred and an army of nanobots, Diavolo intends to take control of the most important computer systems in the world. Investigating the death of an agent of MI6, 007 crosses his plans and will try to stop him.
