Javier Bardem, nominado a los premios del Sindicato de Actores por 'Skyfall'

Los Ángeles. (EE.UU.). (EFE).- El actor español Javier Bardem ha sido hoy nominado a los premios del Sindicato de Actores de Estados Unidos en la categoría de mejor actor de reparto por su trabajo en Skyfall. Sus rivales en ese campo serán Alan Arkin (Argo), Robert De Niro (Silver Lining's Playbook), Philip Seymour Hoffman (The Master) y Tommy Lee Jones (Lincoln).

Para Bardem es su tercera nominación a estos galardones tras las dos obtenidas por No es país para viejos (2007), al mejor actor de reparto y al mejor elenco. Entonces ganó ambos premios.

El galardón a la mejor actriz de reparto se lo disputarán Sally Field (Lincoln), Anne Hathaway (Los Miserables), Helen Hunt (The Sessions), Nicole Kidman (The Paperboy) y Maggie Smith (El exótico hotel Marigold). En la categoría de mejor actor principal los aspirantes son Bradley Cooper (Silver linings playbook), Daniel Day-Lewis (Lincoln), John Hawkes (The Sessions), Hugh Jackman (Les Miserables) y Denzel Washington (Flight). Entre las mujeres el trofeo estará en manos de Jessica Chastain (La noche más oscura), Marion Cotillard (De óxido y huesos), Jennifer Lawrence (Silver Linings Playbook), Helen Mirren (Hitchcock) y Naomi Watts (Lo Imposible).

His rivals in that field will be Alan Arkin (Argo), Robert De Niro (Silver Lining's Playbook), Philip Seymour Hoffman (The Master) and Tommy Lee Jones (Lincoln).

For Bardem is his third nomination to these awards after the two obtained by No Country for Old (2007), the best supporting actor and the best cast. Then he won both awards.

The award for the best supporting actress will be disputed by Sally Field (Lincoln), Anne Hathaway (Les Misérables), Helen Hunt (The Sessions), Nicole Kidman (The Paperboy) and Maggie Smith (The Exotic Marigold Hotel).
